Borough Manager confirms Linden Ave is NOT a through road

Doylestown Borough manager, John Davis, has confirmed that Linden Ave is not a through road, either legally or practically.

While only one argument, it was one of CBSD's reasons against renovating Linden school. With this confirmation from John, CBSD's arguments for creating the mega-school at Doyle are further reduced.
