About Us

This site is intended to serve as an informational resource for parents, neighbors, teachers, alumni, friends, and other members of the Doyle, Kutz, & Linden Elementary communities.

Our group originally organized to challenge the prior CBSD School Board and Superintendent's proposal to close Linden Elementary in 2022-2023. That effort ended in April of 2023 when they announced that Linden elementary would remain open. ​

​

In September of 2024, the new School Board and Superintendent brought forward findings from a new study proposing either renovating or consolodating Doyle, Kutz, & Linden elementary schools. ​

​

It is our goal to provide information, dates, and resources for those interested in taking action to prevent the closure of the Kutz and Linden Schools and the large-scale expansion of Doyle Elementary. We are strong believers in the value of community schools and smaller classrooms and want to promote that message in order to pursue the best possible education for our students and value for our communities.
